Campus 
GIFT is a green campus with GRIHA certification (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment). Spread over 4.5 acres in Sreekariyam, located along National Highway 47 and 10 kms from the Thiruvananthapuram City Centre, the Institute has a world class campus with 73,700 sq.ft built-up area. The architectural design of the building ensures maximum day light, use of solar energy for inside and outside lighting, rainwater harvesting facility, use of low VOC (volatile organic compound) paint and depository forestation. The building houses state-of-the-art classrooms, training rooms, library, cafeteria, conference hall, auditorium and ample parking facility.  Campus Gallery

Library 
GIFT has a well-equipped leading research and reference library in the area of public finance. The 10,000 sq.ft. library houses over 10,000 books, journals and reports from international and national sources. It subscribes to more than 30 journals and periodicals, and has access to several e-journals in economics and related subjects. The library is known for its unique collection of resources in the area of public economics, budgets of state and central governments, Economic Survey, Economic Review, Finance Commission reports, Auditor General’s report, RBI publications, etc. It is also equipped with databases and e-resources viz. JSTOR, Econlit full text, INDIASTAT and PROWESS, etc. Facilities are available to search details of books using the software called ‘libsoft’. Printing and photocopying services are also available for scholars from outside.
