FACULTY RECRUITMENT_ RE-NOTIFICATION
Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation (GIFT) is engaged in teaching, training, research, consultancy and a Ph.D. Programme. GIFT hereby re-notifies the vacancies for:
(1) Assistant Professor in Social Science - 1 Post (Reserved for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe as per Kerala Government norms) and
(2) Assistant Professor in Law - 1 post (General).
The Pay scales for the faculty positions are based on the 7th UGC pay scale adopted by Government of Kerala.
Eligibility criteria
Assistant Professor in Social Science: (Reserved for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe): Ph. D with at least 50% marks at the postgraduate level with NET clearance as per UGC norms and at least two publications in UGC approved journals. Those who have submitted thesis for final evaluation may also apply.
Desirable: Ph D in the areas of public finance, public economics or public policy. Research experience in Government projects / Teaching experience
Age limit: 50 years as on 01.08. 2021
Assistant Professors in Law (General Category): Ph. D in Law with at least 55% marks at the postgraduate level (LLM) with NET clearance as per UGC norms and at least two publications in UGC approved journals. Those who have submitted thesis for final evaluation may also apply.
Desirable: Specialisation in Taxation Laws at UG/PG level, teaching in Taxation Laws and experience in Law Journal editing
Age limit: 45 years as on 01.08. 2021
